What is Softechub Talent Network?
Softechub Talent Network (STN) is a free talent network for AI training work. We pull remote annotation, AI trainer, RLHF and LLM evaluation roles from AI platforms into one feed, updated daily, and match them to your skills. Approved members can also be matched to paid in-house projects that Softechub delivers for its own clients. STN is run by Softechub (softechub.ai).
Where do the jobs on STN come from?
Our scrapers collect remote AI training roles from AI companies and data platforms every day and classify each one by field and skill level, so you can see them in one place. Each listing shows pay where the platform publishes it. Sign in to see which platform a role comes from and apply on that platform.
How do I join the Softechub Talent Network?
Sign up with Google or email, complete a quick intake form with your resume, then take the domain-specific assessment. You need a score of 70% to pass. Members who pass can be matched to Softechub's in-house projects, and anyone can browse and apply to roles on STN.
How long does the assessment take?
The assessment takes approximately 20-30 minutes and covers instruction following, attention to detail, and domain-specific skills. Results are available immediately.
How do I get matched to projects?
After passing the assessment, your skills, languages, and domain expertise are matched against open client projects. When a project fits your profile, you receive a notification. Project availability varies by domain and language.
What types of AI data work are available?
Available work includes image annotation, video annotation, text labeling, audio transcription, LiDAR annotation, LLM evaluation, RLHF training, POV data collection, and subject matter expert annotation in healthcare, finance, legal, agriculture, technology, and linguistics.
How do I get paid?
It depends on where the role comes from. Most roles on STN come from other AI companies and platforms. When you apply to one of those, you join that platform, agree to its terms, and it pays you directly at its own rates and through its own payment methods. STN does not charge you and does not take anything from what the platform pays you. In-house projects work differently: Softechub contracts you directly and pays you, and your rate and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before the project starts.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Joining STN and applying to roles is free. No legitimate AI training platform asks you to pay to apply, buy a starter kit or pay for a guaranteed placement. If anyone claiming to represent STN or Softechub asks you for money to get a job, do not pay, and report it to talent@softechub.ai.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. Almost every role on STN is remote, and most let you choose your own hours. A few in-house projects have set schedules or deadlines, and those details are shown before you apply.
What should I include in my application?
Make sure to provide accurate personal information, your relevant skills and experience, portfolio or work samples if applicable, and your availability and work preferences.
